    1. I think the disengagement is a big worry for support staff as well as faculty, but we also have the additional problem (at least in IT, and I’m sure other areas) of people leaving in un precedented numbers, so we’ve got a real 1-2 punch. @ethanwhite/1481621680787185666

    That’s going to lead to worse outcomes from support areas, which will further drive disengagement/departure across faculty and staff.
