@RallidaeRule I would look for a firmware update for your dock. My setup is 2 monitors thunderbolt dock and MacBook Pro, and that did it for me. Wouldn't surprise me if its an issue with a chipset that your Dell Dock and my CalDigit have in common.On twitter.com
