      @CMUniversity before any data came out about campus spread, but in the face of the numbers from last week just seems plainly reckless. Why should my family be comfortable with my wife attending classes in person rather than staying in our community where both K-12 and higher ed

    @CMUniversity are broadly taking the responsible step of using remote instruction? And why is an institution normally so (deservedly, IMO) proud of the quality of its online programs shunning them so fearfully?

      @CMUniversity If nothing else it’s clear that more transparency is needed, starting with Daily — not weekly — updates to the case counts so that students and families can make responsible decisions for their own safety.
