@atpfm One recent anecdote in favor of Apple Stores. Recently went in to a store in Metro Detroit that I haven’t been to in years to pick up an accessory for a family member. Walked directly to the shelf, scanned with my phone, paid with Apple Pay, walked out. Perfect experience.On twitter.com
